Instructions to generate a “raptor assist”
To generate a “raptor assist”, click on the “e-mail” icon on the desktop, highlighted in the image above.
On systems purchased From 2018, to generate it, press the “F1” key on the main program interface twice.
Write a detailed description of the problem possibly with photos and / or screenshots.
Attach the sent matrix file (dxf, hpgl, ISO) and the “raptor assist” file.
